At REPERNO, we constantly strive to ensure that the luxury silk ties we bring to your door are of the highest quality. However, sometimes you might want to change your mind. That’s fine.
Our policy for returns is outlined below:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your luxury silk ties.
All silk ties returned must be in a new and unused condition with all the original labeling attached. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear to the tags and gift box. The item has been returned to us in a fully saleable condition. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
REPERNO cannot refund shipping and/or delivery charges whether they be within the UK or abroad. We also ask that all international customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded. All items purchased on www.reperno.com website must be returned to the address stated on our website at the responsibility of the sender.
Goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend that these are sent by recorded delivery in order to guarantee safe return. Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) as we cannot be responsible for the safe transit of returns.
Once your package has been returned to us within the timeframe stated above, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will be checked and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including VAT for all EU country customers excluding any shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not fit for exchange or refund, we shall get in touch with you. REPERNO reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. REPERNO will not accept an item for return or exchange that has been worn, washed or with tag’s removed. We will not refund or exchange items that we believe fail to meet the standards explained above.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different style or colour subject to our stock availability.
Exchange and stock check enquiries can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked.

We recommend that you send all items insured and/or registered when sent by post as Reperno cannot take responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
While Reperno cannot refund the postage cost of items returned to us, there will be no postage charge for sending out the replacement item.
In the unlikely event that an item different to that listed on the order has been shipped to you, please contact email@example.com. We will endeavor to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
